WaRCon is a BC2 admin tool made specifically for the competitive scene, ie. to ease the handling of matches, instead of running a public server.
Features includes:
* Match handling (for all game modes), including:
o Swapping back players to original teams when going live
o Safe and easy ready up procedures (!golive, !quicklive)
o Time limit, which now actually ends the round (!roundtime or preset)
o Result (tickets) reporting and logging
o Player and PB GUID logging
* Basic commands as !kick/!say/!yell/!restart/!swap etc
* Easy map handling, without caring about play lists etc (!mode, !change)
* Setting the typical settings (ff on etc), including presets for common leagues (!rules, !showrules)
* Options for disallowing the use of certain weapons / kits / gadgets (included in the above presets, as per ladder rules)
* Info-level commands for non-admins (show rules, time left etc)
It's almost entirely ingame controlled, so the GUI is quite minimal and mostly for information. Basicly just connection settings, admin list and logging. Help is included in the .exe, from a button in the main GUI.
Where most tools are mostly "utilities" this is meant to be more "controlling", adding missing competitive features to the game (eg. time limit) and to be authoritative, by handling rule violations directly (eg. kill for forbidden weapons) and reporting the results.
I plan to add an online logging module (so the logs can be trusted as neutral), such that results, playerlist, violations etc can be logged directly and hopefully replace the use of screenshots.
Updated with the features made possible by the patch
Version 0.5 changes:
* New start procedures
* Time-out now actually ends round
* Reporting of ticket results (log and ingame)
* Options for banning certain weapons, gadgets, kits
* New server options: ticket ratio, bleed ratio, start delay, no vehicles, idle kick, tk kick.
* Tracking of player spawns (real deaths) and head shots
* Tracking of used equipment (mostly for getting the internal names..)
* !roundtime and !shutdown commands
With all the changes some bugs should be expected, please report

Mit dem Tool lassen sich einige sehr nützliche Dinge einstellen für Clanwars:
-Einfacher Matchbeginn (ready, ready, live usw.)
-Zeitlimit
-Am Ende einer Runde werden die Tickets angezeigt
-Einfaches Verbieten von Waffen/Klassen/Gadgets
Mit dem neuen Patch besteht zusätzlich eine einfache Möglichkeit Ticketrate und Ticketbleed einzustellen
